Default Eibach Pro VS Tein S VS Sports Suspension

I am debatting on if I should lower my car. Mine came with X2 package which includes the sports suspension. The sports suspension is pretty stiff and it is kinda rough on uneven roads. My question is, for those with sports suspension who changed your springs to Eibach or Tein springs, did you guys noticed a change in ride quality? I do not want to go any stiffer/harsher than my current setup.
What are the spring rates of those 3 setups?

The poll is based on comparison between the aftermarket springs and sports suspension, not stock suspension.

Well, from my personal experience, I started out with the Eibach prokits. Honestly for most people, this would be the best and cheapest solution for about 90 percent of people. However, for me, after putting about 3k miles on them, I concluded that they were not what I was looking for in terms of ride quality. They still seemed to be alittle to soft for my taste. I am now on the Tein CS full coilovers, the JDM version to be exact. I love them, I can now adjust it fully ride height wise and damper stiffness.

So, to answer your question it depends on what you want. I personally like the hard sportier ride and the CS def. brought that to my IS.

I am going for a less stiffer ride quality. I want to maintain the soft ride quality and have a lowered stance.

Prince, are you saying the Eibachs were softer than your Teins. My teins are softer and smoother riding than my Eibachs were. Well I guess you must be running damn near all the way stiff for that result because I am running 8 front and 9 for the rear.

I have no clue how the others ride, but I can honestly say that there is little difference in the ride quality after I just did the Pro Kit last week. It rides the same/about the same as stock.

It just sits lower now..

Can't say I've experienced anything from Eibach's because I dont have them.

But running on the Tanabe NF210's has been great. My 250's body roll, "comfort", & overall appearence has improved since install.

Assume the same for Eibach's.

What about ride quality? I have a hell of a commute every day, which is one of the reasons, if not the main one, why I purchased a Lexus. I have the non sport suspension and really want to retain ride comfort, but improve the overall look of the car by dropping it a tad.

Will the eibach pro kit JUST drop it and give it a look? or does it also add improved handling and performance?

It also reduces body roll and gives a little better steering response.

I am thinking of going with Tein S but I am not sure about how much my ride quality will drop. IMO its the best drop for an ISX50.
