Tein Strut Tower Bars Review

I do enjoy the stiffness. When I first bought the car I hated the bump then dip then the back wheels hitting the bump at a slightly different angle. Every bit helps! getting away from the “boat” and into a performance handling machine.

It does show some better response. I drove up a 20min canyon to estes park Colorado and scared a guy in a corvette by flying by. But this is always a must to complete your suspension! I would buy them again.

I just put my set of Teins on today. I like them, they pretty much just stiffen things up. If you are looking for a night and day difference, this is not it. They are worth but only one step along the way. I would definitely buy them again.

So...here's the big question....how does the front Tein stb compare to the one-piece TRD stb? Has anyone gone from the TRD to the Tein?
I have the TRD but I want a rear bar, I'd like them to match....should I keep the TRD in the front or switch it out?

My $.02 - Strut bars are probably not the best use of your money. Has anybody actually measured the flex of the GS chassis? I would be surprised if the chassis on the car is flexing even a milimeter w/o the bars. But, then, let's ask the guys that sell those sexy looking bars, and take your hard-earned money. Ha Ha.

I have the TRD in front and TCSportline in rear. Unfortunately TRD did not make one for the rear. IMHO the bars help - especially the rear. Iprefer the design of the TRD b/c of solid one piece construction
Cheers,
