Default Spacer and extend studs. What size?

I was told by someone that I should get extended studs, because I'm using 5mm spacer on my front wheels in order wheels to clear the brakes. Does anyone know what size and kind of studs(press in or screw in), should I use for my IS350?

You don't need extended studs for anything less than 10mm. You just need to make sure you're using some quality (preferably hub-centric) spacers.

I was told I needed some cause the bolts only turn about 3 times around the stock stud when they are tightened. They are atleast supposed to turn 5 times around.
