okay so i made a complaint about brake dust on the front brakes to my dealer and they said if i could print out the TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN and if he sees excessive brake dust on my front vs the rear (which there is a huge difference by the way) they would take care of this concern of mine.
can someone make it easy, if it exists, sticky thread on the TSB for IS250 brakes

Total BS. It isn't your job to prove to the dealer that a TSB exists. It also isn't your job to prove your car has excessive brake dust, and it isn't their job to confirm it. They KNOW the brakes on these cars dust quite a bit, since they service them on a daily basis. This guy likes to play games with people, apparently.
The TSB states "for CUSTOMERS who find these characteristics (excessive brake dust) objectionable, an alternative brake pad material has been developed." The TSB also states that this "repair is covered under the Lexus Comprehensive Warranty". In other words, the decision to get new pads isn't his, it's yours.
I'd be pissed if I were you.

^^ 100% agreed. This guy is not your friend. I would ask for a different service advisor. This one is a ***** plain and simple.

Not at all. Just don't expect them to replace the pads if they're metal on metal.
