I was wondering which location people have taken it to ?

I've heard some horror stories , so i just want to try to avoid 'em.


I'm primarily looking at Longo and glendale...

I had them done on my wife's car and i notice no difference in stopping with way less dust.

Tustin Lexus didn't ask any questions. I told them about the TSB and they said they'd take care of it. I had an oil change done too. They even gave me a loaner car for since it was near the end of the day (~5:00 p.m.). I love the new pads and the dust is MUCH better. Good luck.

cool.... yea i loved the service at tustin.... that's where i got my car, but unfortunately i live in pasadena.. so it's quite a drive

Anyone have the brake TSB done at the Lexus of Cerritos? Any push back from those guys?

Getting my done at Longo Lexus on 8/18, supposedly this is a new TSIB for the IS250. I complained about 2 months ago, they told me to wait on the alternative pads b/c of this new TSIB that just came out....

Which dealership takes care of your car best?? Westminster/Mission Viejo? I live in Orange County. Tustin Lexus is out of the question.
