Default Car Pulls to the Right

Hello everyone.

I have an IS350 the pulls to the right. It does it most of the time but sometimes it pulls harder than other times (might be due to crowning of the road but at times it will drive straight and then pull to the right) . I took it to the dealership and they said that my wheels were bent and needed replacement (I don't have any vibration at any speed so I don't think it is a wheel issue). They also had rotated the wheels from front to back and it didn't fix the problem. I had also taken the car to get a realignment when I had the snow tires swapped and it didn't fix the problem. I am wondering if the suspension is bent or something wrong with the steering system. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

You said the dealership rotated your wheels from front to back??? They can't do that because our cars have staggered setup meaning rear wheels are wider than front wheels therefore cannot be rotated.

I also thought that the rear wheels were wider but, according to the dealership, all the wheels for the car are the same size. I also want to add that they did remove the tires when they rotated the wheels so the tires are correct.

check your tires. stock tires for 350's should have 255's in the rear and 225's in the front. the dealership assumed you were probably a 250awd, not a 350.

I made sure the tires were correct. When I got the car in for its first service, they rotated the ties without understanding that there are different tire sizes and the tires are unidirectional. I quickly told them that you cannot rotate the tires the traditional way but swap the left and right tires after you have taken them off the wheels and remounted them.
