Suspension and Brakes Springs, shocks, coilovers, sways, braces, brakes, etc.

Worth spending $1300 on TOM'S front/rear brace and lower suspension???

my suggestions if you want to improve handling would be changing the lower spring into Full coilover suspension. And if you still have some issues then get the Tom braces, because will help the car to do highspeed cornering.

Many "full coilovers" will degrade handling too. One of the very well known S2000 track junkies spent about $3K on his JIC FLT-A2's (installation and setup by JIC themselves), and he thought it was faster than stock. However, he noticed at one track event that there was a stock S2000 that was beating his times, so he talked that owner into trading cars for a few laps. To everyone's surprise, the stock suspension was much faster even though it was higher, softer, and allowed MUCH more body roll.

And again, that's why I have the line in my sig - real world results trump any marketer's spiel.

Oddly enough, everyone who drives a fast Supra at the track runs at stock ride height because it is fastest. Who'd've thought that?
