Default problem breeding brakes

man i never thought i would post this up being the brake and susp guy but i guess i am still learning about the diff in the coupe to the gs

i just installed the rotora bbk 6/4 setup on to the coupe

i have tried the 2 person method of bleeding to no avail... pedal feels soft and mushy like it wants to grab initially then goes soft .. even when goes soft it will engage with a slight hesitiation to grab

i know last year i tried to help a friend do his supra brakes on the coupe and had the same results he ended up taking it to a shop and they got it bled

is their a special way to bleed these brakes

What did you do with two person bleed procedures?

One pump the brake a few times, hold. The other release the fluid after the first one hold the brake padle, the tighten the nut back before the pressure ran out? do it several times on each brake. Starting with the right rear...

Was this soft feel before the change?
