Default Spring install - average price?

I'm looking at getting the Lexus Sport Spring Set (Eibach) and was going to purchase it from Sewell online, then take it to a local shop for install.

What should I expect to pay to have these springs installed?

Also, what is the difference between the Lexus Sport Spring Set on Sewell's site and the Eibach ProKit that everyone on the board talks about?

thx

btw - my local Lexus dealer wants to charge me $828 for the install! They said that they charge their hourly rate at 1.8 hours per spring!

that is insane do not take it to sewell.. most people pay around $150 for the install. It isnt very hard to do, you can but the springs online for $230 shipped then take them to discount tire..

Yeah, that price is actually from Northside Lexus in Houston. I was just going to buy the parts from Sewell's online store.

So a place like Discount Tire will do springs without issue? Cool.

Anyone know the answer to this one:

Must vary with different discount tire stores. My buddy has worked at 3 of them here in WA and has never touched anything but a wheel and tire. So you might need to check around, even if you can't find a DC tire, other places that do suspension jobs can change them out.
