Default Suspension Mod

Some pix of the suspension mod.
Completed in 12 hours because some of bushings were too old and did not want to come out. As you can see, we used the alternative method.

We installed TT bushings for front, rear control arms, front & rear camber bushing kits, Daizen steering wheel bushing, Flex and EDFC. Still waiting for the Titan sway bars & TRD strut tower. Vibration is gone and it drives really smooth.
Next mod is body kit & new paint.

How long did it take for just the bushings? A mechanic told me the labor would cost a few hundred because he would have to take off the steering rack, is this true?

You do not need to take steering rack off.
However, you need to completely take off all control arms to press fit the new bushings.
It was really bi#@h to take all arms off.
And then you have to goto work getting the old bushing out even with the proper tools.
My mechanic installed Flexs less than 1 1/2.
Rest is all bushings.
He started throwing tools at 9th hour.
You will spend a good chunk of $ but let the mechanic do it for you.

Yap.
I had fun driving back from shop.
It used to feel like driving a boat.
Now, I do not have to worry about slamming to the wall when I fully boost my 2JZGTE at 6th gear.

Since I am showing off, here are more pix.
