Lexus wants to deny my Brake TSB recall claim!

I complained about the squeak and dust ever since 6k miles, all documented in lexus dealer service records.
i was denied too, i argued and went to another dealer, same story.
then went to buy the part at another dealer and they wouldnt sell it to me they looked at my car then said yeah since your brakes are worn we have to charge you, at this point i pulled all my service records out, and the lexus ownership experience bull **** slogan they have and i finally won.
New pads for free but the rodors were toast, @ 24,000 miles.
