Well, as my saga continues. I ordered after market brakes for my car.
After removing my factory brakes, my mechanic noticed something strange and thought I should address it with the dealer.
He noticed that on my right rotor, the pads wore out and started to scrape metal to metal on the outer edges of the rotor, about 7mm inwards.
The left rotor however was flawless. No metal to metal contact or anything, just the right front.
What should I do?

Hmm, damn bro you seem to have a real problem with brakes on the IS. I would think to bring it up with the dealership.

The dealer simply blew it off as "brake(s) are metal on metal" I think it should be worded as "brake" non plural.
Oh well, this car has already given me enough problems; I'm just going to wait until the lease is up and turning this POS in.
