Default RoadMagnet Springs IS250AWD

Any one have any experience with these?

Quality?
Performance?
Pictures of the springs installed on their car?
Pictures of the springs themselves?

They are listed on the site at $260.00

Anyone know if this would be the best buy for a spring system for the is 250 awd

Picture on roadmagnet website>>>

i would suggest do the search, there are few people that has already installed them on the AWD when they had a GB.

I am sure some of them will be willing to share their experience with you.

i had them on the car, they are awesome, rides very smooth, as a matter of fact, my gf didn't even realize that i had lowered it. and it's got the most even drop out there. Never bottomed out. I drove the car on a 4 hour road trip a few times, and they were quite comfortable. You may experience a clunk noise with the springs however. Only reason I swapped them out was because it maybe a little too low for the Canadian winter and I have to drive it all winter, and I got the dealer to install f-sport springs to keep my warranty. If i was down in the south, i would've probably kept them on.

not to thread hijack...
lexboi250, how much higher are the f-sport springs compared with the road magnets? i love how my road magnets look (and feel, but both of my rear shocks went bad before instal - are you using stock shocks?) but i think it might be a little too low. if only a company would release a set of coilovers... i wouldn't have to worry about stuff like this...

yeah, i ran stock shocks, it rides awesome, except i heard clunk sound, I contacted Mark at RM, he said i'm the first one that complained about this issue, another member (big *****) didn't have this problem. But the Fsport is 1 inch higher.

I have the clunk sound also, it seems to be the norm for most springs for our cars.

I may be moving to the Fsport or oem sport springs when I replace both rear shocks.

I love these springs. I've had them for almost a full year now. No problems.

i put the f-sport springs on this past saturday and am soooo happy with them. The ride quality and stiffness is SOO MUCH BETTER... no more bouncing... i can actually make manuevers above 110 MPH!!! before the car would start to be thrown.. and around turns it was retarded before i got the springs...

and keeps warranty! what more can you ask for! except for a 2 inch drop..but oh well!

I had a customer with a 2IS AWD, that installed them. If you look in the 2IS wheel fitment thread, its toward the end. Its breakwater with brushed aluminum Vellano wheels

Got good reports and I also know some of the reps from Road Magnet, really good guys over there.
