i'm pretty clueless on this topic.

i'm selling a set of front lower control arms to a fellow listmember who had just replaced his front lower ball joints awhile back after one of them broke. but at the time no one had thought to check the condition of the bushings and now both have cracked in his existing lower control arms.

because of lack of funds, he is asking me whether he can transfer his existing ball joints to the new arms?

all i know is that when i had my ball joints replaced, they fell into pieces upon removal.

If the balljoint itself is fine, then it's swappable.

No problem!

It doesn't matter how often you take out the balljoint because it has no affect on the joint itself. As long as the joint is still good, the boots have no rip, and there is no grease leaking, then you're good to go.
