Try to lift the car and use rubber mallet hit your wheels with rubber mallet.
We have a WINNER!

This was killing me because a bad suspension just seemed ODD for Tein CS.
So I thought back on what 808d-no said (thanks man) was it happening when I was braking? I said yes not really sure though.

So I was driving to work this morning and started to apply the brakes when rolling over bumps.
No rattle.

I then would go over similar bumps with no brakes applied.
Rattle.

I repeated this for the whole 30 miles. Every time I was sure the rattle went away when I applied the brakes.

So I started to suspect the brakes.
I get to work and I touch the caliper and the damn thing MOVES!

I mean it literally moved right out of place from one side.
All I could say was HOLY $@@!

I backed the car out, jacked it up in the lot and began to diagnose.
I was missing 1 bolt on the calipers on EACH SIDE! The one that goes into the spindle. And one of each of the other two bolts that hold the brakes in place were loose. I was very close to complete brake failure.

I jumped in the company car, drove to Advanced Auto and they didn't have the bolt so I drove all the way to Lexus for the parts. I went ahead and bought a set of new spindles as well to be on the safe side. ~$45 for new spindles and new bolts.

Popped them back in place and drove around.
No sound.

Man am I lucky!
I take my son to work in the mornings, and I was just out with my wife and kids the other day on the HIGHWAY in the car.
