Am I the only one who isn't feeling the Lexus logo on the OE calipers?

I mean, we know it's a Lexus, right? And the stock calipers aren't
anything to look at - certainly not something I'd want to call attention to!

And here I am taking badges off of my car.

Sorry guys, seems like one of those ricer mods people do when they
only have $40 to spend on mods... you sold the Civic, time to move on.

Thanks for the flame ,we are not asking you to drive our cars and nor am I here to bash what a person does to his or her car, what might look hot to you i might not feel the same way about it but I do respect that all our cars are the same but unique at the same time. And as far as the rice or ricer comments that I hear from time to time the last time I checked China dont have cars for sale in America, theyre coming japan or korea if they Asian so I prefer to call my car upscale rice and a honda low end rice, because in both catagories mods are pretty much the same (bodykits, engine mods, suspensions, etc). So lets leave the rice in the pot and continue to be informative as usual and grow as a forum. Muchos Gracias

I thought it look pretty good when I did mine last week.

What is the difference between that and dudes with decal stickers from companies on windshields bumpers etc on our GS's. I happen to think that they look rather will on certain areas.

What about when you get a BB Kit and it has BREMBO on the side, do you go and paint OVER the name?

Default Do Caliper Stickers need to be sealed?

Anybody have an opinion on whether to somehow clearcoat the decals? Seems like they would peel off after a little while. Thanks in advance.

Yeah you can get some hi-temp clear coat from Pep Boys and spray them once they are applied to the caliper ,a couple of coats should do the trick

If the stock calipers look like my own which are all dull looking, then I agree it's nothing to look at. I think a fresh coat of hi-temp paint and a simple logo really does look good especially with nice 5-spoke wheels.
