Project Kics hubring and wheel spacer question.....
1. If I got the 20mm/12x1.5mm/114.3x5 spacers this is what I need for my car if I am going to do 20mm spacers, RIGHT?
2. Should I get the 60mm kics hubrings or the 59mm. I could have sworn I read an article on here where they said they had to use a 59mm, but I can find it anymore.
Please those of you that have used these let me know what size hubrings you used for a snug fit.

Sorry this doesn't answer your question, but why don't you just get the H&R spacers that are hubcentric, and then you don't have to worry about separate hubrings? They are basically the same price too.
Also, don't forget, you'll get some rubbing if you use 20mm spacers up front. They are fine for the rear, but you might want to go 15mm in the front.

Thanks for the advice, but you can't get the H&R DRM in 20mm in the USA, you have to get the versions with longer studs if you go 20mm or above. This is why I want Project Kics because they are the only spacer I have found available in the US that is a 20mm unit and is bolt on.
LetZ250 has the 20mm H&R DRM (only available in Europe) all around on stock wheels and tires and he is lowered as well, he says he does not have any rubbing. I want to maintain as aggressive as possible without rubbing, When I measure the rear actually has less room than the front as far as how far the tire can come out. I know the front turns so you have to account for that.
Thanks for the input.

Well I ordered the H&R 20mm DRM. They do make the available in the US, but they are listed as being for the RX. The RX however has the same specs as our cars so they should work. I will post when I get them and do a write up.

Well I ordered them from option imports, however I am going to cancel the order because a fellow member told me that the diameter of them is going to be larger than the I want. In other word you will be able to see the spacer through the wheel if I don't get a smaller diameter, I guess because the RX's wheels are bigger.
Functionally it will work but I don't want a rusty disk visable through my wheels.
I am going to cancel the order and get the project kics.

Also, don't forget about JavyLSU's IS that he had custom spacers made for - the shop he went to built them from scratch and he has said in the past that he was very close to rubbing in the front with 12mm spacers.

In the discussions I've have with JavyLSU, I've come to the conclusion that 15mm up front and 20mm in the rear would be fine. You might get a tiny bit of rubbing up front, but nothing major.
Just to clarify - are you interested in the Project Kics spacers because they have the wheel stud built onto them? You know there's a chance you'll have to trim your existing wheel studs in making them work properly....
Do you know the H&R spacers comes with extended studs, so that if you ever want to remove the spacers, you can have your old OEM studs reinstalled and go back to stock?
I sound like I'm trying to sell H&R here - I'm not. I've just done enough research that I feel like they are the best brand outside of going custom. I should have mine in the next week or so, so I'll let you know how they look...

I ended up getting the 15mm H&R and 20mm H&R with the longer studs. I believe they are the DRS series. I am going to have to take it to a break shop to have them press out the and press in the new ones. rather permanent solution, but as long as the work I have no problem with it.
