Ya its coils with a cup air system so I have to drive it slamed and then when going over bumps I can lift it

So are most of guys running suspension arms along with coilovers or just coilovers by itself? I feel like after I get an alignment everything will be out of spec once I start driving for awhile. I don't mind camber, I'm must worried about toe and caster.
