Default Installing springs (how to)

Hey guys,
I was looking to lower my car and was wondering if there was a write up on how to install a set of lower springs in my IS 350? How extensive is the work? Dealer quoted me about $750 of labor and I dont want to pay that if I could do it myself.
Thanks
OOM

Shop around. My mechanic charges $50 labor per spring. $200 total.

Its pretty simple to do if you have worked on suspension before. I did it to my car and 2 other cars (3GS and a 2IS).

I think 200 bucks is expensive for an easy install. $100 would be the usual rate, but since its branded "lexus" the labor doubles. gay in deed

find a tech to do it as a side job after hours. 150$ is fair i think.

i payed 120 for a guy frend of the service manger at a olds stealership to put on some coil over lowering springs exept the front springs were a two low spring rate so i ended up cutting the coils off the stock sprinngs and getting rid of the after market ones.

I am not mechanically inclined to do it myself so I paid $400 for springs and install. I would say that $750 is way too much!! Find a good aftermarket shop in your area to do it for about the same price.
