Wheel spacers...
I currently can't spend any $$$ on a nice set of staggered wheels (I just bought a house) but would like to bring my current 19" wheels out a little.
How do you measure/determine the size of the wheel spacer needed?
What are the pros and cons of wheel spacers?
Where can I buy them and how much are they?
If anyone has or had experience with them please LMK your experiences.
Thanks!
Nick

This is a good price. First of all what do they mean by "mm track widening" and is that different that the actually mm of the spacers? I thought the H&R's only went from 5mm to 25mm?
Seems like the DR and the DRS models require additional bolts and some modification to have them fit properly. I'm assuming the DRA/DRM models are superior and come with everything needed. What is the difference between DRA and DRM? Which model is the best for the 2GS? I was thinking of going 15mm in the front and 25mm in the rear for mine.

Not yet, I have my stock wheels on for now. Depending on how the car looks when the springs are finally installed and settled, I may stay with the stock wheels. But that is a big "MAY" . I've seen some pics here of GS300/400's that don't look too bad lowered with the stock wheels and the spacers in the rear. I'm really hoping for next Saturday to have my wheel adapters and other suspension mods installed; it's been busy last two weeks for me.

If you don't plan on rolling/shaving I wouldn't add spacers. Without fender mods you can only add about 5mm maybe 10mm (depending on current tire sidewall), which will do nothing for the overall look of your wheels/car, it would be a waste of money IMO. However, it's your car your cash
