Default Suspension to fit without rubbing?

I currently have a 250 AWD, with 18x8.5 rims all around, and a +40 offset... i'm stuck between which suspension kit to go with, and my main concern is that i dont want to rub (but my car looks like a 4x4)

i'm nervous that having such an extreme offset might complicate things, but i could be wrong (offsets confuse me)

so, my options i'm going with are the Eibach pro, or the Tanabe NF210s, any thoughts?

With that offset and 18" rims, tires will not rub with any lowering springs on the market.
