Default IS350 X package suspension on an IS250....

I am looking to put the OEM sport suspension on my 250, but the only setup I have access to is from a 350. I know the part numbers are different for both the front and the rear, WHAT IS DIFFERENT?
Will my car sit too high because it weighs less than the 350? I don't get why the part numbers would be different if the cars weighed the same.

They don't weigh the same. I've got the brochure around here somewhere but I'm too lazy to look for it. The IS350 is heavier for sure.

Well then I guess that is why the suspension has different part numbers.

won't make a difference in the spring installed height. The curb weight of the 250 rwd is 3335 lbs and the 350 rwd is 3527 lbs.

I'd pass on this idea. not good to put parts engineered for one car on another. Remember this is your car. Expensive toy to mess with.

I could go on about the reasons not to do this, but it's long. check soome other forums, its the same principles.

So you were able to confirm that the Sport Suspension for the IS250 has different part numbers from a Sport Suspension of an IS350 ??

It should work with out any issues, but I am not sure how low you will go....
