Brake issue
I just installed my front rotors and pads ,they are brembo crossdrilled and slotted with ebc greenstuff pads .Now when I step on the brakes the fronts make a loud grabbing noise when the car comes to a complete stop if I go foward or reverse, the sane sound you would hear when you wash your car and your brakes are wet .Where did I go wrong? What could it be ? Im swapping my rears next and I dont want to make the same mistake twice

I can only describe it as the same sound you would get when you wash your car at one of those hand wash bays and are rinsing your wheels and your brakes are wet they will make a grinding noise until the pads and rotors dry off. That is the sound Im hearing only when the car comes to a complete halt

I found out what the problem was,I went out today and did a complete teardown of both sides and I discovered that one of the inner v-clips was missing on the passenger side Im glad that I kept my old pads because it was still attached to it I popped it on put everything together and now the problem was solved no more noise my brakes are sweet it feels like I have on my factory 16 wheels but Im on 20 in wheels brake response is excellent

wordness, good thing you figured it out. otherwise i would've suggested that you bear it for a few hundred miles while the pads were worn in. semi-metallic pads will make noise sorta like how you described...kinda.
