problem with fitting supra tt rims

there is still about .75in gap between the outer area of the rim and the body of the car. i had 20mm spacers on all four tires the fronts were flush and the rears stuck out a little bit but i was predicting with a nice drop they would settle in. although these spacers called for the fender to be rolled

I justed put supratt wheel on my sc300 3 days ago, No problem here.
