They say SS is stiffer than flex.. the flex is 32 way adjustable and ss is 16.

FLEX is not 32 way adjustable, it's 16.

Whoops..! Sorry, I was reading about EDFC which allows 32 way adjustability on both.. So I guess the SS are just stiffer than the flex and thats the only difference?

yeah, they're both the same 16 way . the difference is the spring rate, height, and top Pillow ball upper mounts.

How do you guys ride low on coils? When I had my Tein CS set to zero gap in front I would hit the top fender plastic on every bump. I've had to settle for a 1.5 finger gap just to avoid that. I've got 19" wheels on a fat setup (245/30 275/35).

Either cut the fender liner or get rid of it all together. There are those that just put up with the painful noise of rubber hitting the plastic lining, but I didn't consider that an appropriate solution.
