ahh is it bad that im already itching to lower the car even more?

for those who slammed their car on stock rims.. what did you do with the fender liner? bc im already rubbing when i turn the wheel to do a uturn. I must be running some fat tires hahaha I dont want to completely take it all off but might cut a box shape on the top.

How do you guys make right turn onto driveways without rubbing onto the fender?

I'm tucked, but I'm hitting the fender when I turn to hard going on to driveways. Is there any around this?

Well, you can go with weaker offsets or rim widths. Shorter tires (i.e. 30's vs.35's) or skinnier tires (i.e. 225's vs. 235's). Also raise up your car but that's not an option or else you wouldn't be in this thread.

You can also try to roll your fenders if you haven't already. If so, try rolling it more.

If your dumped there's no way around it. I have my fenders repainted and the inner portion of the fender is back to bare metal. I rubbed to paint right off again. I'm pretty sure the metal won't rust cuz it gets polished right back with the rubber of my tires.

Are you on stock wheels?

Thanks DR! I figure it would have to one of those things. I was just hoping there was some trick I could do.

I like the stance when the car is not moving, but the car drops even more when I'm driving or when I have a passenger. I already raised the front a couple of treads already. I might have to raise it up a little more.

I'm currently on my JP Scara's. 19x8.5 24 offset

Thanks for the help though!

hmmm...

My old set of Scara's was 9.5 +35 in the front. Compared to yours specs, yours will sit 3mm more inward.

What suspension are you running?

At that time I was on Tein SS all the way down sitting on 1 perch. Not the lowest of coilovers but even with my 245's in the front I didn't have that much of a rubbing issue.

I'm on Tein CS version 1 with RCA lowering blocks. The width isn't the issue. It's the top of the wheel that hits against the bottom of the fender when I drive on to a driveway.

I'll try to take pictures when I get the chance.

I noticed that problem aswell right after my install.. Im running some BEEFY tires too on stockies. All I did was cut a piece of the top fender liner. Now i can do a full uturn, go over bumps, and driveways without it hitting.. scraping is another story..

Dont worry about the hood cable. That is already relocated.
