G2Low - HSD is a brand. theyre not bad coilovers, theyre made in china type stuff i think but have been around quite a few years on a lot of drift cars over here in australia and have a good reputation. better than D2s and the like. HSD make a few different types of coilovers, some with camber tops (where applicable), some without, and then they even do a 'race spec' series with remote reservoirs. Theyre damper and base hieght adjustable so theyre not a bad coilover.

I reckon my car's too high at the front too, esp when i put in Drive the back squats lower! but i almost rounded the bottom mount Nut. Does anyone know the specs on it so i can buy a new one before i attempt to undo it? haha

thanks ant,i think they're re-branded Stance coilover's,and i think i'll be lowering the front more before it goes for alignment, but first see if i can turn the wheels properly first, rear camber is not right at the moment going for alignment soon

^ you should be okay i reckon, though you may need to roll or shave the guards a bit (which youll ultimately need to do when you get nicer wheels anyway)
Mine is lower than yours up front and just scrubs up driveways on full lock, but your HSDs are 14k/10k rates so theyre way stiffer than my 10k/6k :P

i think they're 10k/8k on mine? not to sure, and regarding alloys i'm not 100% yet as i'll be getting an R33 GTR this summer to hopefully so put the money towards that

hmm HSDs over here for JZS160 are 14k / 10k, as per their aussie website. yours may be different then i guess?

ah right-o, you should be fine to slam then, conservative offsets on stocky rims

lol,cheers

i actually like these rims, think i'll be having them re-furbed in a different shade of silver though in the summer, typical lexus flaking of paint is happening on them already ,mind not as bad as my sister's IS200
