Ok i have a question. I love the stance of some of the members of this discussion, but I drive aggressively at times & even though i can buy all of the bushings & stuff, my question is can i still drive somewhat aggressively but not sling a fender or quarter panel off the car?
has someone done a right up yet of how to achieve the stance with the rolling of fenders & the different sizes of tires & what will the result be of running said tires?

Shaving - you shave the inner lip portion of the fender.
Pulling - your basically rolling your fender. Same ol thang you do to Hondas and Acuras. I was a little confused when I first heard the term here but it wasn't any different from rolling. I would image a pulled fender would be done at a body shop where they actually cut and pull or flare the fender.

rolling makes the lip flat.
pulling pulls out the lip and panels out and gives more clearance

Rob Daddy - Look to Japan for cars that are aggressive and driven hard/hardish. The ideal way to do it, and the way the japanese do it, is to replace almost every arm/bush with rose jointed items, along with very short stroke high spring-rate coilovers. This provides a super stiff chassis with not much movement. They then run reasonably stretch and camber for clearance, and Radius their guards. This means cutting the wheel arch out and re-locating it higher, thus as you lower the car the wheels come up but are still flush with the guard as it has moved up also. You Zealand body are good for this, as are a handful of other companies who do susp/body mods.

Alternatively just shave the guards all round and run stretch and camber. but you probably cant be flush up front because even a lot of the hardcore japanese cars you will notice arent quite flush up front though they may be real flush up back on GS's cause the geometry causes them to rub i reckon.

Rolling a fender is rolling the lip flat underneath
Pulling the fender is exactly that- rolling it till its flat then continuing to pull.
Flaring a fender is cutting it and flaring it and building it out bigger.
Shaving is cuting the lip off, either part of it or all of it..
