I have an 06 IS 350 with 20k miles on it. I have started to notice a loud squeak coming from the brakes. I have had the brake TSIB done like 7k miles ago. I am not a rough driver either. Has anyone ever had this problem. I have made an appoitment at Jim Faulk lexes. I will keep you posted.

I went to my dealer Southbay Lexus for the same problem, it started squeaking since I had like only 3k miles, it's been an on-and-off thing. Now I only have 13k on the car and the dealer told me I'll need my front brakes done soon (down to 20%). My IS350 is my 2nd car which I don't really drive that much, averaging less than 750 miles per month, I'm not a rough driver either. My service advisor told me it must be the way that I'm driving, which pissed me off. They also refused to take care of the squeak when my car was almost brand new, telling me it's the material of the brake pads. I guess I'll go with a set of aftermarket ones to see if that solves the problem.

I have this problem too, whenever I first pulled out of the garage in the morning. Then I started hearing it more and more. I thought it was just the humidity hear in Texas, but that would just ONLY be first thing in the morning. I was going to have the dealership check it out on my next oil change. On my last one they said I had 70% of my brakes left. I hope there is a solution.

UPDATE******
I just got a call from Jim Faulk Lexus and they said that my roaters have a glaze on them. They can clean them for $280. He said that I 80% of brake pads still. He said it wont cause any damage to the car, but I should take care of it soon. Let me know what you think.
