In my experience across racing both cars and motorcycles, progressive springs do not provide best performance from a pure handling perspective. If your definition of performance is "they feel good to me," then you may like them a great deal. If your definition is getting from point A to point B in minimum time with maximum control, then you will never choose progressive springs as your solution.

I've run progressive springs on a number of platforms for different reasons, but never for maximum performance as can be measured with a watch.

Now i dont know if i should buy the F lowering spring? I have an xpac IS250 the ride is great and the suspension is stiff, i don't know if would make any difference if i buy the f lowering spring...my car is my daily driver hmmm i dont know now what to decide....I loved this thread so much informative....you guys rock..
