I've got the dampers set on 7 in front, and 6 in the rear. It is just about a perfect ride now, smooth over bumps and uneven pavement, yet much more responsive to steering input, and much better handling than stock ever was. This is the way the car should have come stock from Lexus IMHO

That certainly turns the **** up on the 'sex-appeal' dial

Your 20"s were for coils...

how low are you dropped? 1 finger all around? do you scrape going over speed bump or driveways?

Yup, 1 finger gap all around. I'm kinda surprised that I don't have any rubbing at all (I actually decided to return the heat gun I bought to correct any rubbing!)! So far I haven't scraped on any steep driveways, but if I get the Fab lip I've been wanting, I'm sure that will change in a big way

Even I'm surprised by all the looks and comments I get when I drive around now that I'm dropped. Even the old folks are looking at my car now, how weird is that!! Today an old man, who must have been in his 70's at least, pulled up next to me in a very new LS460, and said wow, those rims look great! I smiled, and told him he should get some 20's as well . He nodded his approval of my idea, and we both drove away laughing.

Props!

^As for the pic above, I would suggest turning your 20"s the other way so we can all get a good look at them!

nice rims and drop ... i got the cs and the rims are comming soon...I have never driven a lower car b4 so I was wondering if you know how low I can go w/ 19" rims w/o having to worry about scraping? Or is it that you just have to experiment with the height? Thanks.

so you think you will scrape when you put on a fab lip? I am planning to get the fab lip in a few month and I am scared of scraping. on my old car I was lowered to 4 finger gap from the lip to the floor. It was so annoying. i scraped everywhere I went. Over speed bumps, driveways, dips, anything you can think of.

It may take several times up and down on a lift to get the settings just right, that is just part of the process of adjusting coilovers to get the height where you want it. On 19's you shouldn't have to adjust too much from where you are now.

I am low enough that I can guarantee that I'll scrape with a Fab lip
I'm just barely clearing driveways and large speed bumps now!
I've had some cars slammed so low that I bottomed out on everything, and I do mean everything!! It gets old after a while, that's for sure
