Help, choosing springs on IS250 AWD
since iebach and tanabe don't make springs for AWD. I've been finding post about springs on AWD. even iebach and tanabe don't have springs for AWD, but people are still using the RWD for AWD. however people said that roadmagnet has the springs for AWD, but i don't if they are good springs or not. so which one would you guys choose? roadmagnet, iebach or tanabe?
thx alot!

u have a lot of options love67. u can use fsport, eibach, teins, tanabe, swift and road magnets. Probably more brands but don't remember them. I've seen AWD owners post their setups on the forums. Dvac3 had the eibach prokit for is250. Relexin has the teins h tech on awd. Mikez has the fsport on his AWD. Lexboi has the road magnets. It all depends on ur preference of a good drop. Do you want a lil drop or a big drop. Then there is comfort, handling and price.

the AWD sits higher then the RWD. Here are the specs:
Road Magnets
2" drop all around
Eibach Prokit IS250
Front 1.4" Rear 1"
Tein S Tech IS350
Front 1.6" Rear 1.2"
Tein H Tech IS350
Front 1" Rear 0.6"
20" wheels will be perfect
F-Sport
1" drop all around
Tanabe GSAWD
Lowest drop i dont know the specs but some people have done this
Oh im also gettin the fab lip infact I got it just getting it ready to be painted tomorrow and installed. I wanted to drop it first but rubbers on back order and im not makin 2 trips to the install shop.

i think with the fsport and eibachs and tein h ur not really sacrificing much in ride quality. If you look at the post everyone did with their setup its not much different then stock is wat they say but they will say its worth every penny and less body roll and better handling. If you dont want to sacrifice ride quality i say go wit f sport or tein h. some members think tein h drop the ride quality is better then stock. the fsport is just 1" drop all around so it wont sacrifice as much and if u have to money and install it at the dealer u keep ur warranty which is a big plus. there all good springs and no one has complaints only the clunk noise when u go over bumps but u can check out the thread on that, the teins dont have the clunk noise as they should come with rubber silencer.

I second this sentiment. I just lowered my AWD on Road Magnets and absolutely love the ride. I'll post pics when I get the chance. The ride is a bit stiffer and a touch noisier, but I'm willing to forego all of that for an aggressive looking ride. I'm on 19 x 8.5 all the way around with no rubbing issues.

evo teo said no problem on tein, and i think 2" are too low, and 1" is not enough, that is why i bought the tein S has 1.6" drop for the front. tein should be fit, right?
