i plan on installing coilover this weekend by myself. is there anything i should be looking out for?? I have experience, but never on a lexus. as the day arrives im getting scared! ive lowered my r32 and jetta n the past yrs i figured if i can work on a vw then a lexus should be real easy. i plan to have it ready for j's gathering. so what im getting to is should i do this my self or just wait?

i installed the springs myself and its pretty straight forward install. reconnecting the sensors are a given, but make a note somewhere, lol. i forgot about them after the tires were on.
it was actually very easy for my first time. It took about 3.5-4hours including clean up and like 50 breaks my only previous install was on a g35 and that car was a pita, because some of those bolts wouldnt budge.

we have a DIY faq on installing aftermartket springs that can guide you through the process. there isn't anything major you should be concerned about except to make sure you reinstall it correctly. also if you have AFS headlights, to make sure the sensor is set up correctly after installation. that's it!
