Default I need help removing tie rod end

I am trying to remove and replace my tie rod end. I managed to remove passanger side and replace it but driver side I can remove it at all. Can anyone share some tips with me.

what cant you remove. the ball joint part that goes into the spindle or the nut that locks the shaft from spinning loose?

you can soak it with pb blaster or wd40.

you can also take a small torch and heat it up a bit carefully.

I took the nut out with no problem but bal joint will not come out at all. I soaked other side with liquid wrench and left for a day hit ball joint and it came out. So you think if i soak other side will it comeout?

I managed to cut off bolt but and remove tie rod. No I have part of bolt that will not come out. I tried to soak it and hammered it and will not pop out. Should I drill it out ? Would geting air hamer help me in geting it out ?
