Default Coilover/Airbags Hybrid setup questions

Hello fellows, im a proud 1st gen owner and I have known that a lot of 2nd Gen owners go the hybrid route for a bag system using coilovers and airbags... Can any of you guys point me to the right direction?

I have K Sport coilovers and I was thinking/figuring out myself what I would need to piece a kit thoghether but i rather hear fromm experience than just venture out into something I haven't done before...

So all your ideas and recommendations are welcomed!

Tank You guys!

Yea, I would dump the K-Sports, they can barely handle the way they are setup with a spring system let alone driving with them with what is the equivalent of soft springs slammed. (unless your running them at full pressure all the way up above stock height, lol)

On the bright side, I may be working on a little side project that addresses this very issue. I should know in the next 8 weeks if it's gonna happen.

in a nut shell what would be the parts needed to do such setup? i am basically interested in converting my coilovers into a FULL air suspension, just using my coilovers as the strut... Is that possible?

Yes, thats what UAS (Universal Air Suspension) does. Going to run you about $2300 for the kit using your K-sports as struts.

No, it is designed to be used with coilovers or stock struts.
