Default Rear LCA's life span?

I'm pretty sure my front ball joints are shot to hell seeing how when I go above 65mph i get what feels like a wobble and I feel every single bump big or pebble sized............and I know my struts are bad, and there is 172+k miles on the car now. I'm going to be getting supra LCA's for the front, but my question is do you think my rears are bad as well? To my understand the rear LCA's last alot longer than the fronts do.
