brake lock up

1997 sc300 both front calipers locked up at same time can/t figure out why

abs??? depends on year of the car maybe can be pinched a brake line or brake booster gone bad or improperly installed brakes ...are you sure its both calipers and not just one ? if so how did you check? what were you doing when this occured?
