Default Which should I get first LCA's or Struts?

I know this question is going to sound a bit odd, but I need opinions. I need struts and front LCA's the thing is I cant get them both at the same time so I'm just wondering which ones are more important to get put on first.

I know that if I dont do them at the same time I'm going to end up doing double the work, but honestly that does not bother me much.

If you are sure the lower control arm bushings are bad I would do those first.

I'm pretty sure they are because every time I hit a bump the thud is super loud and I'm pretty sure my balljoints are gone as well..........I mean there is 172K on the car
