Default 97+ SC LCAs Swapable with Earlier LCAs?
Hey All,

Are the 97+ lower control arms for the SC swappable with the older SC LCAs? I was curious if I could save a buck or two.

Yes, the 97-00 front lcas can be used on any 92-00 SC. I believe the 97-00 are made of aluminum and may have a softer bushing. If you really want to save a few bucks, use front lcas from a 93-96 Toyota Supra.

Any downside to using the 93 supra arms on my 97?

The bushings of the supra arms might be made of a stiffer compound so you may feel more of the road.

Time to see if the balljoints are salvagable or if I should get all new arms.
