Default I need a rear wheel hub..

Ive called my local parts stores and none of them list a drivers side rear wheel hub. I am in the process of changing my rear wheel bearing, once I got the hub off I found that part of the bearing has fused itself to the hub and will not come off. I already have the new bearing and innner and outer seals. I am just in need of the hub assembly. If anyone knows where to get one please let me know. Thanks!

I hate to bump a thread this old but unfortunately searching hasn't gotten me far enough. From what I've read, once you start to hear the bearing going bad it is likely that the hub is bad too. Is the dealership the only place to pick up a new hub?

you dont need a new one. hubs going bad on our cars is not a very common. get a used one and save yourself some money. i know of only 1 instance of a hub going out on an SC, personally.

contact aliga for a hub. his parts are always good.

if he doesnt have one i can probably sell you one of mine. i have a whole rear subframe sitting in my garage that i can probably part.

Ok cool. Maybe I'll just give it a shot then. It's not making much noise at all right now so I should be ok. I just wanted to have all the parts ready to go so I could do it all at once. But if it is bad I know the guys to talk to now! Thanks!

if you can jack up the car and move the wheel by pushing and pulling on it, then the hub is more than likely damaged... if there is no play then you should be able to just replace the bearing itself...
