coilovers will slam it as low as you like as long as you get base height adjustable ones e.g. JIC VIP etc not Tein CS.
to get camber back to stock or close to you need things like the Exact SS kits which have offset holes to let you get back some camber.
VIP looks nice with camber though and allows more aggressive fitment wheels to tuck under the car.

^ yeah or air if you really wanna dump it when parked and have a reasonable height when driving.. makes it hard to get wheels that fit good though cause if theyre flush when slammed theyre probably poking at ride height. There are those that still look sweet either way though so it can be done just choose carefully

this has been covered alot, it depends on tyre stretch and camber too.
most go for 9s up front and 10s up back. front fenders are half rolled from factory. up back you cant roll as it dimples so you need to cut the lip off. offsets can be as hard or soft as you like, i think a generally accepted offset is somewhere around +20-25 front and rear. this will need probably a bit more roll up front and some shaving in the rear depending on camber and tyre size

im thinking of runing the 19" m6 bmw wheels and 25mm adapter spacers.
the wheels are
19x8.5 +35
19x9.5 +40
but with the 25mm spacer the wheels will be +10 up front and +15 out back

Part of VIP is tire stretching.
This is done partly for looks and partly for fender clearance reasons.
With those narrow M6 replicas, you won't be able to stretch tires
I would recommend something else, even though I know the look you are going for...
The red GS with M6 replica wheels, right? It was posted here a while ago.
That car looked pretty good, but I don't understand wanting to duplicate the look.
I would go for something more original and unique.
Don't forget a body kit, too!
