does it not move freely with the caliper on or off? if you take off the caliper and the wheel doesnt spin easily its the bearing. if it does it with the caliper on then there is a chance it could be either. in all the ears of working at shops and such i have replaced maybe half a dozen seized calipers...non on toyotas.

take off the caliper and see if both front wheels spin freely and same. if they do then its a caliper problem.

also check the brake pads on both sides. if the pads on the wheel that seems to be the culprit are a lot more worn down then the other "good" side you have a had caliper.

Maybe the struts or could be a wheel bearing. f you have bad struts it could have feathered you tires. My car rides good in the rain and seems fine. i dunno wat that one guy is talkin bout.

i work at a toyota dealer. and we see frozen calipers all the time. its pretty common on older cars.

check your tie rods as well, and really check your wheels and tires for any faults.

Check wheel bearings, wouldn't be rotors because it wouldn't wobble/shake without braking.

Update:

The problem was the caliper. I got a new brake hose as well and now the car is very smooth.

HAHA I like some of the guesses on here. It was either a tire issue or a locked up caliper. Surprised you didn't smell something burning. That or half of your inside splash guard was melted off. That or your car was pulling to that side. I see those all the time.

I have more problems guys, lol.

After the driver side, front caliper and brake hose was replaced the car drove great. Now I am feeling the shaking again, but it isn't as violent as before. The passenger front wheel does not spin freely now. Here is my question: When replacing the driver side caliper, I bled the brakes, but do I have to bleed all 4 brakes?

Ive got similar problem when im driving under 50 it does not shake but when i reach speeds over 50 on the highway it stars SHAKING like crazy.... I got the tires balanced twice.. I am running stretch tires and someone told me that can cause it to shake, and told me once i get new tires that fit right it wont shake anymore... Have no idea though....

The air could back into the other part of the brake system. I am surprised you didn't do the whole thing damn. Check your passenger side caliper and see if its deciding to go out also.

The driver side caliper is the one I changed, that side is fine. The passenger side is starting to give me problems. I'm taking the car to my mechanic and let him bleed the brakes. I hope the passenger caliper doesn't need to be replaced.
