How BAD did I MESS up my BRAKES!!!!! HEEELLLLPPPPP!
ill explain everything in second, but I ACCIDENTELY STRIPPED THE BOTTOM CALIPER BOLT AND THE HOLE !!!!!
today i decided to change my rotors and put in new pads, well i get everything in place and start to screw my calipers back On. the top bolt goes in and screws in perfectly, torqued to 58 and then i screw the bottom bolt in thinking it was in all the way i grab the high impact wrench and screw the bolt in, thinking its in i started to torque the bolt but noticed it wasn't torquing, i then felt the bottom of my stomach drop knowing that i stripped the bolt or either the caliper. i removed the caliper and tried to screw the bolt in and it would only half way.
QUESTIONS:
1. DO I HAVE TO BUY A WHOLE NEW CALIPER?
2. CAN THE BOLT BE REPLACED?
3.CAN THE BOLT HOLE IN THE CALIPER BE REPLACED IT LOOKS LIKE IT JUST POPS IN THE HOLE?
4. WHERE CAN I FIND THE PARTS IF IT CAN BE REPLACED?
HEEEELLLLLPPPPP ME ASAP!!!!!!
i did manage to get the screw back in 90% however i realize this is not safe!!!!!!

1. How does this affect your rotor at all?
2. Can the bolt be replaced? What do you mean? Can you get one from Lexus, sure. Can you get one from a good hardware store? Sure. Can you get one from an import junkyard? Sure.
3. What bolt hole in the rotor? You said the bolt was going in the caliper. What does that have to do with the rotor?
4. Lexus has all the parts. But that's the most expensive route. Cheapest route is to repair the threads in the caliper with a Timesert or a Heli-Coil (I prefer Timeserts...) and get a new bolt from where ever you can find one, and call it a day. If you absolutely want to replace the caliper instead, you can get one from Lexus for $346 retail, or internet discount $294, or you can search Car-Part for a used one from a junkyard. There is one right front going for $200 in Texas right now.

NEVER EVER tighten down one bolt before getting all the bolts on any part started a few threads BY HAND, it won't line up and you'll end up cross threading another bolt and stripping it out.....
pretty much u crossthreaded it, if it feels like its going in extremely tight, its most likely not going in right, so next time try getting all the bolts hand started before torquing
working at a transmission shop i've learned that the impact gun is a very usefull tool and can speed things up, it can also completely screw u over. your hands are still your best tool

After a little searching and help from Lobuxracer, thanks a million pal, I found the bolt at the dealer for $3; however I'm having a hard time locating the part number for the piece that the bolt screws into on the caliper. Here's a diagram of what I am talking about, i will try the new screw when it comes in before i go about purchasing the caliper or its internal part. Here's the diagram, see if you can recognize the piece that i am talking about!

yea usually if its in a box you have to buy it all. so you will have to buy the whole caliper man...if you were in norcal I can fix it for you. do you know how to bleed brakes? if you do maybe you can remove the caliper and bring it to a shop to have it re-threaded...
