Default Different kind of CA bushing

I need to replace my control arm bushings so I will either purchase stock or make myself some teflon lined fiberglass resin reinforced bearings for FREE.
I have some questions though
1. How can I get the required dimensions without taking my car apart?
2. These bearings are probably much stiffer than a Daizen/etc. type bearing. Is the ride going to be harsh? Should I just stick to stock?
3. How long could I expect the stock or Daizen bushing to last? I would expect the composite pictured below to outlive my vehicle.

dude if you can make me a set for my car ill trade you all of my prothane bushings lol.

with the daizen, which is rebadged and jacked-up priced prothane, the ride should be fine. people on here have said that the road noise is only a bit louder but feel solid.

i personally dont care that much for comfort so i would go with something that is stiffest and provides the most direct keep during driving.

i have my prothane kit and and extra control arms. i already installed the prothane bushing in the control arms. just need to put it on the car. school is getting in the way of that at the moment.

you have a diy for those and more info please

where are you in IL?

The spring rate of the material is 3.5X10^6 lb/in, it has an ultimate strength north of 80,000 psi. It's probably about 10-15 x's stiffer than a urethane (rough guess) but definitely softer than steel. I just need to know the pin size and bore size on the CA.
I'm in Lombard.
