eibach pro-kit lowering specs, according to eibach's website:
1.0" front, 0.8" rear

f-sport springs lowering specs according to f-sport's website:
25mm front, 19mm rear

(that's 1" up front, 0.748" in the rear)

i think it's common knowledge around here that f-sport springs are re-badged eiback pro-kits. all you're paying for is the peace of mind that is the factory warranty and the brand premium.

Adding to that, the 250 springs drop 1.4 in front and 1.0 in the rear. They work vice versa; 350 springs for the 250, 250 springs for the 350.

you can also consider the h-techs from tein: 1" in the front, 0.6" in the rear

Um...they're not exactly the same. Such as warranty...f-sport covered by dealership, eibachs are not. Yes, I have also considered teins.

a lot of early TRD springs were made by eibach. i had some TRD springs for my old toyota, before they (eibach) were making it under their own brand for that car.

i didn't mean it in that way when i said that eibach pro-kits and f-sport springs are the same, but yes, you're right.

also, don't forget the premium in price attached to the f-sport springs.

and in order to retain your factory warranty, unless you get it installed @ a certified lexus service center (read: dealership), you'll only get 12 months.

so make that TWO premiums in price.

I can't believe how the dealership is such a rip-off! I just need to find a good reputable shop to install in my neck of the woods if I'm going with aftermarket springs...that's another major factor in my decision. At least I know my Lexus dealer will do an okay job (but only at a heavy cost...ugh!).

^Erin, just buy your springs and bring them with you the next time you're in SoCal. Then you can get your springs installed by Tommy at MusicBox like everybody else around here...

Sounds like a plan stan!

The dude that installed my springs on my Honda and 350Z is no longer living in Bakersfield (hmmm...I wonder why?..who would want to leave this town?); so therefore, I've been poking around to see who might do a good job near by me?? A few guys at my work with rice-cake Hondas have given me some leads, so I might look into them also.

so the eibach 350 are the same springs as f-sport.

what about eibach 250?? is there such thing as f-sport 250??

Not 100% sure but... from what I know F-Sport = Eibach 350.

Don't think the eibach 250 is sold under F-Sport .... since lexus only lists the F-Sport springs as a 1 inch drop (eibach 350) ... no mention of a 1.4 inch drop like the eibach 250

dealership might give you issues covering suspension warranty if you have other branded springs vs. the Lexus F-Sport springs.
