I would say no, unless you just have the extra money or really want the flatter cornering feel...the front did not help with grip or turn in feel, it does nothing to reduce understeer. Let's say for example that the rear bar is a 100% improvement in the feel of the car, the front to me feels like around 15%. That's just my opinion though...when I put the rear on, I was extremely happy with the results, without the rear bar on I would have sold the car. After putting the front on, I was like meh, it might be a little better, I guess...it is just nowhere close to the amount of difference the rear bar makes. The rear is an absolute must have though, at least for '08 and older cars!

piece missing
Yes I had that exact problem, they sent you the wrong bar. I had to return it and have them send me the correct one. The one they sent me was for the convertible... the bracket is for attaching the height sensor, I know your auto leveling headlights won't level correctly without it, I don't know what else it affects though...

just some extra info
rear sway bar installation cost $150 at Lexus dealership.
local shop cost about $50
don't try this at home...very hard to remove swaybar from endlinks
i recommend getting new end links cost only $55 from ebay
swaybar makes huge difference

easy to install at the house if you dont have salted roads like Houston. Real easy if you have ramps. I did the front in 1.5 hour with prep time and taking it slow. Mine came off the end links easy
