Default H&r spacers or no name brand

i have 25mm h&r drm spacer i think i have to go with a 15mm spacer that has built in studs that gets bolted on but h&r does not make them is a non name brand safe? I worried i dont what my wheels falling off

I think you answered your own question.

No brand + critical part in terms of safety = not such a great idea.

just get a higher quality longer studs and get the HR...they're a trusted brand name for a reason.

A brand does not necessarily mean high quality. Mercedes and BMW come to mind. Chrispy and GSteg have told me that Ichiba studs are much better than H&R studs.

H&R does make 15mm spacers, i'm almost positive of that. whatever you get, be it H&R or Ichiba, just remember that this part is going to be supporting the majority of the vehicle's weight as you're going down the road. not something to skimp out on
