As long as you don't abuse the coilovers, they should last a long time. Even with how low the HA's go, i was riding 4x4, LOL. Just didn't want to deal with camber wear, and rubbing/scraping at the time.

My HA's have maybe 25k, and they still work perfectly; I don't drive hard, and they weren't abused in any way... so i guess it just depends.

they werent abused i used to commute 20 mi to work and 20 miles back and lately just to school liek 1 mile... not many potholes either but i hit some lol

what theeee. your coilovers are already blown? did you hit something? did log around something heavy?

the rear one i is hella soft if i push down on it .and i cant adjust the stiffness its stuck
