Yea on the Tein it says DO NOT CUT. I think these and the Tein offer the best ride/drop you can get with out going to coils on this car. The OP only needs to see Javy's car and call it a day! What more can you ask for

yeah i do agree that your not suppose to cut the bump stops which is why the ride was harsher. what sucks is that the front bump stops cannot be bought seperately so i was **** out of luck. only the rears are available by it self
Something may have been installed incorrectly. I've ridden in 3 cars with H&R springs (mine included) and they all rode smooth as butter. Do you have the sport package shocks?
Javier
well everyone i drove with said its fine. but when i go over the bumps i think its because of the bumpstops were cut that i would be bouncing out of my seat.. im not talkin bout hitting my head against the roof here though. just very noticeable uncomfortable ride over bumps? im on stock shocks btw no sport.. i've decided to get coils anyways cause thats how you do it right! hahaha plus i hated that the gap was uneven for the passenger side being a bit higher
How long do you think the stock shocks will last on H&R springs? I heard they'll crap out around 60k with the Eibach and Teins (which have a more conservative drop).
Also, any issues with speedbumps and angled driveway?
No one can say for sure. You are more likely to go through shocks faster, but how much faster depends on which stock shocks you have, your driving habits, and roads you typically drive on. There have been instances of stock shocks with no drop whatsoever failing at 5,000 miles. I'm at 45,000 miles and my shocks are still in excellent shape. When lowering your car, it's always a compromise - you can't have it all.
I am debating whether to go to H&Rs because the front is not low enough. But I dont think the 0.2-0.4" difference between Fs and H&Rs will be noticeable.
lol that's why I said these (meaning H&R) or the Tein. Javy has a fatter tire in the front and that does help with the gap Makes the drop look more balanced front to rear with the drop. Fat tires for the win
