IDK... I would say 10gallons will only give me 2 4-bag fill ups... but then again, I was planing 12 gallons... I'll go place the order

good thought, but I found a company on ebay that makes a TIGHT lid strut, so that wouldnt be a problem... or are you talking about the structure? The tank shouldnt be THAT heavy, but either way, I'll be welding in a "frame" or what not across the lid to bolt the tank on, so that should add some rigidity. and NO I'm not going to make a mess of the trunk lid lol, it will be done tasteful and unseen.

How do you up the pressure in the tank? Pressure switch? and what would that do?

they make a adjustable pressure switch which is recommended or you can just buy a preset switch thats higher pressure

So what does the extra pressure do? Store more air in the tank?

200psi is the highest I can find on ebay, what are you at now? I know the UAS system comes with a 200psi. I was floating around on Ebay looking for air suspension parts and ran across these...

Would these be good for my pieced together UAS setup? I am running dual 480's and will probably pick up that 9 gallon tank that was posted in this thread....

Not trying to jack a thread here, just don't want to clutter the forum with small questions like this over and over again....

I would stick with well known brands like SMC, Parker, Asco air valves.

Do you guys have air mufflers on your dump valves to slow the dump down or are they wide open? I like the having no mufflers because I like the loud sound the valves make when it dumps air, but I also like the nice soft dump with the mufflers.

I use an elbow type of reducer thingy. Reduces 1/2" from the valve to 1/4". Still get the sound will a slower dump.
